Because we offer a suite of immediate-access digital utilities, we have outlined a clear, fair policy regarding how subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations are handled.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand by our tools. If you upgrade to Hub Pro and find that the premium features (such as lossless batch processing or priority customer support) do not effectively meet your requirements, you are eligible for a full refund within the first fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase.
- The refund request must be submitted within precisely 14 days of the transaction timestamp.
- This guarantee strictly applies only to your first subscription term, not to subsequent monthly renewals.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Outside of the 14-day guarantee window, purchases of digital API-based compute are generally non-refundable. However, we may manually issue refunds or account credits at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:
- Extended Downtime: If our platform experiences completely unavoidable outages that strictly prohibit you from executing necessary workflows for more than 48 continuous hours.
- Critical Bugs: If a premium integration is entirely broken on your end and our Priority 24/7 Customer Support cannot resolve the issue or provide a viable workaround within a reasonable timeframe.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your Hub Pro recurring subscription at any point. Cancellation immediately stops all future billing cycles. You will continue to have full access to your Hub Pro benefits until the exact end date of your current, already-paid billing period.
To cancel, navigate to your Dashboard while logged in, and press the Manage Subscription portal button which bridges you securely to Paddle.
4. Requesting a Refund
To initiate an eligible refund within the timeline defined above, you must submit a ticket via the Hub of Edits Support Panel or contact us directly via the portal below. Please securely provide the email address attached to your premium account to accelerate the process.
